We want to apologize ahead of time for our current delivery time frames. We acknowledge that we have a challenge in this area, but it is on our high priority list to shorten the delivery timeline. Our orders currently are processed within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. For US orders it could take about 7-14 business days before shipments arrive at your door. International shipping could take 2-4 weeks.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the U.S over $50.
We do not offer complimentary standard shipping for international orders at this time. International shipping rates vary depending on product and location, the rates will be shown at the checkout when placing an order.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. We will request a picture for quality check purposes before we refund or replace the merchandise.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If the tracking shows delivered, we do not replace the merchandise.
If the shipping address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer is liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment
If your purchase is not perfect for you. We want to help. Any claims for exchange of size, color or graphic must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. We will request the merchandise to be returned in a new, re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached)
Full price merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
